Plan your preparation
Use mock exams alongside your qualifying criteria and course study material. Start with untimed practice, review the answer explanations, then return to topics that need more attention.
When you are ready, select timed mode in My learning to practise completing a paper within its time limit. Your completed attempts include explanations and a breakdown of your results by topic.
Frequently asked questions
How do I start or resume a paper?
Open My learning, choose RE1 or RE5 and select your mode. Select Start next to an available paper, or Resume to pick up an unfinished paper. Your answers are saved as you go.
What is the difference between practice and timed mode?
Practice mode is untimed. A timed examination runs continuously until its deadline, even if you close the page. Choose your mode before starting a new paper.
Why does a paper say “Access required”?
Paid papers need an active package for the selected exam. Check Your access in My learning. Contact your training administrator if your package is missing, expired or incorrect. Published free diagnostics are available without a package.
Where can I see my results?
Open Progress or the Performance view in My learning. Select a completed attempt to review your score and the answer explanations.
Why do I need to verify my email?
Verification confirms your account before you start a paper. Open the link in your verification email, then select “I have verified” in the portal. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder or use “Resend email”.
How is my study streak calculated?
Complete at least one paper each day to build a streak. Your streak continues if you completed a paper today or yesterday. The weekly chart shows completed papers from Monday to Sunday. Study time is not currently recorded.
